Student housing center

It’s the truest rate I can give to such a place like this. The quality and the rent doesn’t match with what they offer and you really don’t get anything in return! The furniture quality is very low. Also the unit itself doesn’t have much to offer. bathroom nearly was collapsing on a weekend and they didn’t send anyone for repair such an emergency request and I couldn’t use my bathroom for two days because the water was dripping from the cieling.my stuff, my food disappeared couple of times in the lobby and in the gym. Also one day someone suddenly opened my door and when he/she found that i am the unit he/she closed the door immediately. and when I requested to check the cameras by contacting their email I heard nothing! What is the point of the surveillance camera when you can’t use it? Is it a scam for getting more money? I am really disappointed!

Highly recommend VIU students to apply here if they want to focus on their work.Friendly staff, as they always did their best when asking for help. Often very quiet in the building, and close to stores and major bus stops. Glad I was able to be here as housing is becoming more difficult to find.

Having gone through different reviews about this apartment, I strongly think the management of the building has improved tremendously. I've enjoyed my stay at this apartment and most complaints written about the staff and management are no longer in existence. The staff notifies you ahead of visit and conversation with the management staff is always friendly. Registering your device before connecting to the internet process I think should be changed by management even though registration request is treated in a timely manner.

I would like to provide a glowing recommendation for David and Jackie. Our granddaughter started college this term and we were lucky to find accommodations in one of Niagara Student Housing's lovely homes right across the street from campus. We were extremely pleased with the immaculate condition the home was in while moving her in. The owners are reliable and dependable and it is comforting to know they are nearby for our granddaughter should the need arise. I highly recommend these safe, clean, spacious affordable accommodations and know our granddaughter will be in good hands throughout the college year.

It's student accommodation, but priced accordingly. Generous sized rooms but shared bathroom facilities. Good location.

I've been living in a Nova Group Residence shared apartment at their Eglinton location for about 6 months now, and my experience has been mostly positive. While there have been some challenges with living with roommates, Nova Group Residence has been helpful in addressing any issues that arise.One thing I appreciate is that the staff are always available to answer questions and address concerns. They respond promptly and professionally to any maintenance requests or other issues that may come up.
